The venue and facility is first class: a great event space with floor to ceiling glass windows, roomy and spotless. The food is fresh, tasty and plenty of it. The beverages were a nice touch with soft drinks and a bottle of white and red wine. The pizza making class was fun, especially making the pizza base fit the pizza tin and then filling it with toppings. Because the team was small (9 of us) the chef took us into his kitchen and showed us how the pizzas were cooked.
