The 194 guest rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable, with city or Brisbane River views. For those who choose to work well into the night, a spacious work desk is a feature of all rooms, as well as high speed internet access. Mercure's sister property, the Ibis Hotel, is directly adjacent to the Mercure and can offer different room rates to suit varying budgets.

There are three floors of functions facilities with 11 conference rooms. All floors have ample pre-function areas with natural light. At Mercure your meeting will also be 'Carbon Neutral'. The hotel's conference rooms include the Grand Chelsea Ballroom with a maximum capacity of 500 for dinner, 700 theatre style and 300 classroom style.

Level two houses the Burke, Wills and Leichhardt Rooms, holding a maximum of 200 for dinner, 300 theatre style and 100 classroom style. The two meeting rooms on the ground level, Mitchell and Oxley, are ideal for a board meeting or secretariat. Both the Grand Chelsea Ballroom and Burke, Wills and Leichhardt Rooms have removable/adjustable walls, allowing flexibility to suit varying client requirements.
