Having undergone a recent $3 million refurbishment (2015) of the lobby, restaurant, bar, conference and accommodation rooms, the new look and feel is in fitting with the resort and surrounds and offers guests a luxury 4.5 star experience.

Offering 292 rooms spread across three levels and nine wings, all rooms at the Mercure feature a balcony or courtyard. Room amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and high-speed Internet access.

Resort facilities include a day spa, driving range, two outdoor swimming pools, two floodlit tennis courts, a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna and an outdoor spa. The Restaurant and Bar serves world-class cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. 

Mercure Gold Coast offers 7 function rooms that cater up to 600 people with complimentary internet provided in your day delegate package and 3 outdoor event venues including an the Green with the ability to have helicopter landings, the new Deck, position over the golf course, with views of the Gold Coast unset and a perfect poolside venue for evening events. The resort strives to produce a carbon neutral conference for any client by offsetting greenhouse gas emissions through funding renewable energy sources through the Carbon Reduction Institute.
