Including all the features you would expect from a Pullman branded hotel, the hotel is just 600m from the domestic terminal of Sydney Airport and 3km from the international terminal. An airport shuttle service operates daily from 5.00am to 10:30pm and commutes between both domestic and international terminals. The hotel is also only a 5 minute walk from Mascot train station and a short 20 minute drive from the Sydney CBD. 

This upscale hotel offers 229 luxurious rooms and suites, each approximately 32sqm in size. Each room features an ergonomic design and open design, contemporary furnishing, double glazed windows and block out curtains to ensure you are well rested, which is perfect for leisure and business travellers who expect all the creature comforts of home.

The Executive Lounge provides a sophisticated space, fully equipped to run your company remotely. Featuring an executive breakfast offer, tailored meals for staying fit, alert and energised, plus complimentary all day refreshments and popup snacks and treats and an all day dining menu also available. Evening canapés and an alcoholic beverage selection are available for guests staying in the Executive level rooms.

Home to a range of new meeting spaces which include three flexible rooms that combine to form a large venue accomodating up to 280 guests for workshops or showcase events. A private boardroom with video conferencing is available for full scale presentations. All event spaces are extensively equipped with high-tech AV for event organisers to connect with ease.

There are also 100 on-site car parking spaces available.

The feedback received from those attending our meeting was what an outstanding place it was. It just so happened that two interstate colleagues did not read my email telling them to book their accommodation with you and ended up staying elsewhere in the area. They were kicking themselves and will not make that mistake next time!"

"I thought the property was superb. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt I had been looked after. The staff were warm, friendly and achieved a high level of customer service. My evening meal was a treat and breakfast had a wonderful array of choice – all served with care and pride. The food we had during the meeting arrived on time, beautifully served and well-prepared – even down to peeling the orange segments and removing the membrane between segments.

I don’t think I have ‘gushed’ so much about a place I have stayed at for a very long time. Needless to say I was impressed. Also a personal thank you to you Patrick for all your help and in particular making a point of introducing yourself to me yesterday – don’t know how many times I have arranged meetings and the person who I have liaised with hasn’t bothered to meet up on the day."
