The Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park (formerly the Sebel & Citigate Albert Park) Conference and Event Centre is one of the largest and most comprehensive Melbourne conference and meeting venues. Event planners can choose from 31 versatile Melbourne event spaces offering natural light and state-of-the-art audio visual and technical facilities.

Spanning over 2,600sqm of floor space with seating capacity for up to 1400 delegates or 1600 guests in a cocktail style setting, this Melbourne conference venue is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, wedding receptions, school formals, corporate meetings and social events.

Our multifunctional and newly refurbished Grand Ballroom seats up to 1400 delegates theatre style, and has the capacity to break into six separate event spaces supported by two pre-function areas, which are perfect for trade exhibitions and pre-dinner drinks. 20 additional event spaces range in size to suit smaller meetings, seminars, training sessions, from 10-500 people.

EXHIBITIONS

The Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park's Grand Ballroom provides the flexibility to stage a range of trade shows, from a standalone Melbourne exhibition or as an addition to your Melbourne conference.

The Grand Ballroom Melbourne exhibition venue offers a large pillarless space of 1,715sqm that can accommodate up to 109 exhibition booths.The 6.2 metre ceiling height allows for the option of customised stands, while floor to ceiling windows overlooking Albert Park Lake provide an abundance of natural light.

The use of operable acoustic walls converts the space into six individual rooms with two pre function areas.

Loading bay access is conveniently located at the rear of the space and access to onsite forklifts, scissor lifts and pallet jacks are available. A hoist with the capacity of up to 2500 kilograms ensures efficient client access and is large enough to accommodate a motor vehicle.

Exhibition space hire includes electrical power, pre and post exhibition cleaning, waste removal and exhibitor storage (based on standard exhibition requirements).

From intimate Melbourne dinners to grand celebrations, the Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park's flexible floor space offers the perfect solution for your next social event.

Boasting one of Melbourne's largest ballrooms, the hotel can comfortably accommodate a sit down banquet for up to 900 guests or a cocktail reception for 1600.

The Grand Ballroom features a permanent LED lighting system to easily allow pin spots on each table in a variety of different colours to reflect your theme or feature your logo.

REVIEW: Certainly changed much more that it's name... an increased level of service & refurb looks fab!

"We were very impressed recently with The Pullman, Albert Park. We had been there before a couple of times before when it was called The Sebel but it has certainly changed more than the name. I found an increased level of service and the hotel's refurbishment looks fab.

What we specifically liked about it? It can house 400 delegates overnight, lots of onsite car parking, meeting room options, lots of green rooms for talent, nice accommodation, great location (we were able to just walk across the road and use Albert Park Lake for team building) and we even had an 'after party' venue on site. We had worked with quite a few of the hotel's staff before which says a lot for the hotel's ability to maintain quality workers. There's no reason we wouldn't return to The Pullman Albert Park again..."
