Superbly located in the heart of Adelaide in the historic heritage-listed former Treasury Building, Adina Apartment Hotel Adelaide Treasury enjoys an exclusive position on Victoria Square, only minutes walk to the business centre, retail stores and Adelaide's major tourist attractions. The property is directly opposite the GPO and Victoria Square, adjacent to the Town Hall.

Hotel facilities include heated indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym, 24 hour reception, mini-bar plus pantry and Restaurant delivery service; dry cleaning and laundry services. The Treasury Restaurant is set in this historic Treasury building and offers a mouth-watering menu with a wonderful range of wines plus also offers a New York style bar.

There are 80 apartments comprising studio and one bedrooms. All one bedroom apartments feature in-house movies and Foxtel, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, separate lounge, dining and workdesk, climate control and fast broadband. Elegant Italian furniture coupled with vibrant colours and Australian artwork creates a uniquely sophisticated environment for apartments.

There are three meeting rooms (including the former State Cabinet Room, perfectly restored, available for board room style meetings) each ideally suited to intimate groups. All conference rooms are well-equipped with relevant audiovisual equipment, video conferencing, broadband, fax and data lines. Please note though, none of these rooms offer natural light.

On-site parking is not available on site but an arrangement with the State Centre Car Park located at 172 Gawler Place (3 minute walk) currently allows 24hr parking (charges apply). Parking passes are issued at hotel reception on check-in.
