Located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is situated between the city and the Dandenong Ranges. The Hotel is just minutes on foot from direct train access to the city and greater Melbourne, whilst in the prime position of an expanding commercial and recreational district adjacent to a cinema complex and surrounded by over 35 restaurants and cafes.

The hotel has 200 well appointed guest rooms, including 69 Double Rooms, 120 Twin Rooms, 8 Suites plus three special access rooms across four room types. Standard rooms make up the majority of the hotel - these rooms have either two double beds or a queen bed. The Superior Rooms have a king size bed and a spa bath. Junior and King Suites are also available for VIPs.

Hotel facilities include 24 hour reception, 24 hour room service, concierge & tour bookings and a foreign exchange service. The hotel also features a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and dining at Infusion Restaurant and Bar.

The hotel has three multi-purpose conference rooms seating up to 75 delegates each theatre style, or when combined up to 250 delegates in a pillarless ballroom. There are also three 'Kulin' rooms, ideal for breakout meetings, seating up to 25 delegates each theatre style.  Plus, Novotel’s partnership with Village Cinemas adds to the range of conference and event facilities. Village Cinemas Century City, located on the doorstep of the hotel, can hold theatre style events from 95 up to 445 delegates.  Presenting a selection of meeting room hire and audio visual packages, events held at Village Cinemas Century City present the option for larger exhibition space, with catering and accommodation at Novotel.

Undercover parking (100 spaces) are available underneath the hotel. Priority is given to in-house guests, however day delegates are welcome to utilise the car park subject to availability (charges apply)

"Wanted to say thank you so much for the great service and your patience with all our changes throughout. We all really enjoyed the conference, everything was perfect! (Well maybe the coffee machine struggled to keep up with us, but overall, everything was great).

The venue set up and lunch was great - the buffet really enjoyable, especially the variety of catering offered.

We would definitely recommend anyone organising a conference to work with Lisa at Ultimate/TheVenueShop who was a lifesaver! And also if suitable, to go with the Novotel too. Thanks again to all of you for making it easy for me!"

One word, fantastic!!

Mrs Robinson The venue and facility is first class: a great event space with floor to ceiling glass windows, roomy and spotless. The food is fresh, tasty and plenty of it. The beverages were a nice touch with soft drinks and a bottle of white and red wine. The pizza making class was fun, especially making the pizza base fit the pizza tin and then filling it with toppings. Because the team was small (9 of us) the chef took us into his kitchen and showed us how the pizzas were cooked.

Byblos Bar & Restaurant "The Level 1 function space was a fantastic venue for our Christmas function. Our staff have rated it the best one yet! Combined with an excellent DJ & great service from the venue who kept the drinks & food flowing all night as per our package, this made for a very successful function! The venue were able to quickly rectify most small issues on the night. Overall the space was perfect for our 90 guests plus offered a great view..."

The Arts Centre Melbourne Although we've held other events at the Arts Centre over the years, this was the first conference of this kind, with a particularly strong focus on technology. The event was great, with Arts Centre staff ensuring all went smoothly, particularly the AV/IT team - they could not do enough for us and their pricing was extremely competitive. Lots of feedback that the food was pretty yummy too!

The Events Centre Caloundra The team at The Events Centre are fabulous! It really makes a difference working with "Yes" people who always come up with solutions. The team were accommodating of last minute Dietary Requirements and their AV team member even included transitions into my presentation (that I had forgotten)! We were given a great secretariat room to prepare in the evening before and the communication prior to the event was outstanding...

From the moment I booked the venue, the service was fantastic. The event organiser kept in contact throughout the year, reminding when things needed to be done. In a word - perfect...!

Lake House Daylesford We found the food, the service, the rooms & the facilities here first-class. We did a pizza making course as a team & the variety of ingredients were amazing, as was the instruction from the chefs. We had a private room for our team dinner, with pre-dinner drinks before an open fire

Novotel Wollongong Northbeach My first impression of Novotel Wollongong was made when I was invited to inspect the venue. A day prior to the site inspection I received a care package for my trip to the 'gong' as I'm not from the area. (The package was hand-delivered by staff containing coffee mug, water, chocolate, petrol voucher and other goodies for the trip) I was certainly impressed by the level of customer service from the very beginning.
