Four Elements Restaurant & Bar located on Level 1, offers menu selections varying from Aussie classics to international dishes. Eve's Place is the perfect place to meet friends in a relaxing pub atmosphere where snacks and bottle shop facilities are available.  Recreational facilities on site include an indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna, located on the rooftop.  Located nearby are tennis, golf, swimming, surfing, jogging and sailing.

There are nine meeting and function rooms plus extensive pre-function areas at Mercure Sydney Central, ideal for a range of training seminars, strategy sessions, business meetings or social events. Many of these rooms feature natural daylight and access to an outdoor terrace. A business centre is also available and located on Level 3 allowing guests to stay connected with the people who matter the most. 

The hotel has a secure undercover eight-level car park for up to 120 cars and guests get to enjoy parking at discounted rates.
