2.   Have a play day.  Learn from the innocence of children and just go play.  Play is it’s own reward.  You are not looking to get fitter, stronger or achieve a score or a better time, just go and have some fun…and do your absolute best not to feel guilty about it.

3.  Connect with friends.  Pick a friend you’ve lost touch with or haven’t spent enough time with in 2014.  Reach out to them and set up a get together.  Surrounding yourself with good people keeps us young…and one thing in life we can never have too many of is good friends!
