Located on the infamous Bayswater Road in Sydney’s trendy Potts Point district, Crane is a stylish all-encompassing state-of-the-art Japanese Fusion Bar, Cocktail Lounge and Restaurant. This unique space is perfectly situated to cater for the needs of both fine-diners and party-goers of all ages.
Crane comprises of a unique sushi bar, amazing kitchen, two large bars, cellars, front garden room, VIP room, atrium and outdoor courtyard and more! Trading five nights a week with a 24 hour license, Crane offers the highest quality Japanese fusion food and beverages. A favourite with lovers of fine food, the Executive Chef’s table takes you up close and personal with our Executive Chef Taichi Ito, to witness his exceptional culinary skills as he prepares and serves up the freshest produce on offer.
A variety of functional and artistic spaces are available for events. The Lawn private space offers large bi-fold windows the length of the room looking onto Bayswater Road and features lawn look flooring and a chic garden party atmosphere. The Garden is a covered outdoor area peppered with bespoke lounge furniture and a real Jacaranda tree, great for more informal and relaxed gatherings. The Atrium can be combined with the Garden adjacent for larger events and offers warm sandstone walls with Sakura blossom artwork and a high atrium roof to provide a sense of warmth and prestige. A private bar is also available in this room. The Hidden Fortress is another space entirely that sports metallic finishes and a rustic wall feature. Can be used for completely private functions and also offers a projector for small meetings.
The venue offers a variety of canape packages and set menus, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings of a range of sizes.

"Wanted to say thank you so much for the great service and your patience with all our changes throughout. We all really enjoyed the conference, everything was perfect! (Well maybe the coffee machine struggled to keep up with us, but overall, everything was great). The venue set up and lunch was great - the buffet really enjoyable, especially the variety of catering offered.

Beautifully packaged up for us, delivery process fast and reliable, and Nicole couldn't have been more helpful in turning around such a large order on such short notice ensuring we had everything needed for the trade show... Our team really enjoyed the time spent at Yarra Valley Conference Centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent and the spaces for the group to relax and network after a hard day's conferencing were fantastic and very well utilised!
