Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf & Spa Resort is on the NSW Central Coast, 90 minutes drive north of Sydney. Direct flights are also available to nearby Newcastle Airport (approx. 1hr north of the resort). Explore the surrounding wetlands or soak up the easy going beachy lifestyle of nearby Wyong. Leisure activities on-site include an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Craig Parry, outdoor swimming pool, heated indoor lap pool, gymnasium, tennis courts, walking & running track and Endota Day Spa. 

With stunning views of the surrounding Central Coast wetlands and lush, rolling fairways of Kooindah Waters Golf Club, the range of spacious, light-filled one, two and three-bedroom apartments infuse contemporary style with chic luxury and comfort. All offer WiFi access, plush beds, spacious private terraces, LCD TV’s with Foxtel access, and either a kitchenette or full kitchen.

The Clubhouse offers options from casual al fresco dining to the more formal Karinyas Restaurant & Bar where the ambience is as fresh and inspiring as the food. Gather in the dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush fairways of the Golf Club, or dine on the alfresco patio under the Central Coast sun or stars. There are onsite BBQ facilities or room service for guests wanting to dine in the comfort of their own room.

A variety of meeting rooms provide flexibility for the Resort to meet the needs of most groups. The main meeting room caters for up to 340 guests theatre style and an additional two boardrooms in a separate area for more intimate meetings of up to 12, both with abundant natural light.
