The 4.5 star  Hotel Grand Chancellor is located on Hobart's historic waterfront of Sullivan's Cove, adjacent to Constitution Dock with views over the Derwent River and close to the CBD, shopping and all of Hobart's many tourist attractions.

Hotel facilities include a restaurant, lounge bar, business centre, indoor heated pool, gymnasium and saunce, along with 24 hour reception and room service plus hair salon and an art gallery in the lobby.

Conveniently located off the hotel lobby, Restaurant Tasman and the Atrium Bar have views over the working harbour and offer a range of dining choices showcasing the wealth of produce this Island state has to offer. The Atrium Bar is open from 10:30am daily and offers a traditional morning and afternoon tea, monthly promotions and specials in addition to a menu of light meals.

All 243 accommodation rooms are spacious and well appointed with views over looking either the historic waterfront and River Derwent, or, the inland aspect of Mount Wellington and Hobart City. All king bedded rooms are furnished with work desk with high-speed broadband internet access a couch and a tub chair. Twin rooms are furnished with two tub chairs, coffee table and dresser / desk. Extras include Fox Sports, daily local newspaper and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. 

A total of 11 conference and meeting rooms cater to a variety of events large and small. Whether it's a conference with 90 trade booths, a plenary and breakout for 800 delegates or a day meeting for 30 delegates, a dedicated team of conference professionals will ensure the stress is off your shoulders.

On-site parking is available - charges apply. Market Place Car Park is open 24 hours and there is both metered and voucher parking within close proximity to the hotel.
