Located on the ground floor, Embers Bar & Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner seven days a week. Enjoy a scrumptious wood-fired pizza, international cuisine or fresh local food cooked to order from the wood-fired flame grill as well as a great selection of desserts.

The Mercure Hotel Hobart offers 140 spacious accommodation rooms with fresh, modern decor. There are a wide variety of room types, ranging from Standard and Superior rooms to Family Rooms, Deluxe Suites and Privilege Rooms. All rooms offer practical writing desks with easy access to data ports, internet access, plasma televisions, in-house movies, mini-bar, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, 24 hour room service, plus balconies with either city/river or mountain outlook. All guests staying at Mercure Hobart have complimentary access to 'All Aerobics Gymnasium' classes and circuit room and Hobart Aquatic Centre.

With its 9 meeting rooms complete with WiFi and fixed internet access, Best Western Hobart can cater for between 2 and 220 people for a wide variety of "Carbon Neutral" events.

On site complimentary car parking for function attendees is available but not guaranteed. The Conference and Catering Manager can advise of alternative parking areas when unavailable during periods of high occupancy.
