REVIEW: Such professional service, courteous, nothing too much trouble...

Just a note to express our appreciation to the staff at Clarion for the great job they did in preparing the venue and providing service to our guests.  Everything went very smoothly on the day, in very large part due to the professionalism of all the staff involved.  They were so courteous and nothing was too much trouble.  In particular, we would like to mention the service provide by Functions Coordinator Nicole and Yanto who looked after us on the day.  We would happily recommend the venue to others whenever the opportunity arises.  Once again, thanks to all for a job well done!

REVIEW: Nothing short of amazing... we look forward to the next event

My sincere thanks to all the staff involved in our event.  This is my second with Clarion, we have booked another in September and will continue to do so for 2017.  Nicole has been nothing short of amazing with her constant communication, updates, confirmation and very hands on approach at our events.

We must apologise for giving your Chef and his team a headache last night with all our changes, but he was ever so accommodating - please pass on our sincere thanks to him and his crew.  Merril and the wait staff were again very effecient, professional, and quick to respond to requests from our guests as they were last time too.  I am certainly look forward to future business at Clarion on Canterbury.
